Do not spend time searching for an obstacle. Perhaps there is none.

Statement by Ralf Bernhardt, Managing Director – Chairman of the Executive Board FIS Informationssysteme und Consulting GmbH

The keynote speech “Digital Darwinism and the necessity of digital transformation” inspired the participants of FIS Innovation Day 2018 (C-Level and executives). Prof. Kreutzer has succeeded in conveying a holistic view of digital transformation. He inspired, gave valuable food for thought and concrete recommendations for action at the same time. A first-class lecture, which motivated to do!

Statement by Thomas Lipinski, Founder and Managing Director of Alternus Zukunftswerkstatt, Hamburg

I have been working together with Professor Kreutzer for five years. I have integrated him as a regular speaker in the Zukunftswerkstatt I am responsible for.

I have known Mr. Kreutzer as a reliable, competent, humorous and creative partner, with whom one can work wonderfully. His thought-provoking and creative approaches are very good on the C-level. On the trip I organized to Silicon Valley in 2016, we were able to gain new impulses.

I look forward to working with him again!

Statement by Drs. Nicola Oudejans, Department for Interactive Media and Education Technologies, Donau-University Krems

At the Donau-University Krems, Professor Kreutzer regularly conducts lectures on dialogue marketing and strategic online marketing in the Master’s course of online media marketing. In addition to the necessary marketing principles and relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), the Dialogue Marketing module focuses on customer acquisition, customer loyalty and customer recovery – integrated into a customer relationship management (CRM) concept. In addition, data management is treated as the basis for value-oriented customer management.

The Strategic Online Marketing module discusses the key challenges associated with the increasing digitalization and the related digital Darwinism. Based on this, the central elements of online and social media marketing are presented. The thematic arc ranges from search engine optimization (SEO, search engine optimization) to search engine advertising (SEA, search engine advertising) and e-mail and mobile marketing to social media marketing.

Through regular surveys we know that the participants are enthusiastic about his extensive knowledge and his way of communicating knowledge. He not only understands the individual questions of the participants, but also conveys complex knowledge in an easily comprehensible manner. Through its very successful concrete support, he provides an ideal link between science and practice. In this way creative solutions can be created which can be implemented immediately. That is why I am looking forward to the further trusting collaboration with Professor Kreutzer.
